Competition to win a free trip
Would you like to win a free trip to the Battlefields of the First World War? Students in Years 9 and 10 can apply to take part in an exciting project which involves a 4 day trip to Northern France and Belgium. The scheme is funded by the government as part of the commemoration of 100 years since the First World War and we have been awarded two free places. Students should submit a short letter (no more than 500 words) detailing why they would like to be part of this project by Friday 27 April. The trip is scheduled for 22-25 June 2018 and students would need to provide their own passport – all other costs are covered. Full details are available from Mr Law and Dr Chapman.
