Lockdown Cooking Competition
Over Easter, our Key Stage 3 students were challenged to cook for their families and submit their creations as part of our Easter Lockdown Cooking Competition.
We had lots of tantalising entries (such a shame we could only judge on looks – they all looked delicious!)
A huge number of entries were submitted, and after a difficult and thorough online judging, the winners are as follows:
Year 10: Sam Bird – Crème Egg Cake(Hannah Sargent in second)
Year 9: Matilda Knight – Marble Pear Cake(Riley Green & Emily Brookbank tied for second)
Year 8: Danielle Phillips – Malteser Cake(Timotea Varga and Imogen Hood tied for second)
Year 7: Ruthie Atkins – Chocolate Easter Cake(Tegan Hayes in second)
All prizes will be awarded to the winners and runners up when we return to school. Congratulations to our winners – and well done and thank you to everyone who took part!
