Vaccinations

Somerset SAINT (school aged immunisation nursing team) will be visiting school next week to administer the following vaccinations. Please complete the appropriate consent forms below:

Monday 14th June:

Meningitis ACWY & Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio vaccinations to Year 9 students - https://saint.sompar.nhs.uk/dtp/2020/east .  The consent form link will close at midnight on 12th June.

Tuesday 15th June: catch up sessions for vaccinations (not whole year groups)

Meningitis ACWY & Diphtheria, Tetanus and Polio vaccinations to Year 10 students - https://saint.sompar.nhs.uk/dtp/2020/east .  The consent form link will close at midnight on 13th June

HPV 1st dose vaccination to some Year 8 students - https://saint.sompar.nhs.uk/hpv/2020/east .The consent form link will close at midnight on 13th June.
