Our CPD Commitment

Our Culture of Developing People

Principles

The development of all staff at Whitstone School is an absolute priority. We strive for excellence from all of our staff and ensure this is underpinned by an inspiring and bespoke CPD offer. We strive to deliver sector leading teaching which encourages students to display a thirst for learning.  At Whitstone School there is an open, transparent culture whereby all staff are able to develop as individuals but also work towards our shared goals of ambition, respect and excellence. This open culture ensures that all staff feel valued and all staff are able to improve their own practice. As a result of this culture, students will receive better teaching and support, whilst working in a vibrant, engaging and positive environment.
